Others fight them and need only to have them communicated in a way that allows them to see through the mechanistic lens of society. Signs of the re-emergence of vitalism are all around us. Science is beginning to embrace this philosophy as it is the only system capable of answering the “hard problems” of consciousness and the emergence of life.
